MRP type: VM, Lot size: EX. Planned Delivery Time: 5, Safety stock is 0 (zero)
In Forecasting view put below data
Forecast model: D, Historical periods: 1, Forecast period: 1.
In consumption value tab enter data like
10.2015 - 2200 (working days are 22)
As per formula (Reorder level = Safety Stock + (per day consumption * Replenishment Lead Time)
ROP = 0 + (100*5) = 500
After executing forecast for month of 11.2015 ( working days of month of 11 is 19) system is calculating ROP is 411.
Now can you explain.
