During last month end process order closing our FI team found - they were not able to close few orders because there we errors lying in COFC transaction. Now to clear these errors we have created custom program with reference to SAP note 530174.
We cancelled process order reversal errors which were in COFC transaction. Later what we found since we deleted/cancel errors from COFC - SAP did not posted reversal movement on the order which is good or that what our business wanted. Error went away and FI able to close process orders, but cancellation Hrs still posted on the orders.
Having difficulty understanding this behavior. Why SAP posted Hrs cancellation on the orders even we cancelled errors from COFC?
Example: Originally Process order conformation for 100 tone - 24 Hrs.
Error in COFS for 10 tones - 2.4 Hrs., we cancel this error using above SAP note program.
End result - order conformation 100 tones - 21.6 hrs.
