Selecting values for Batch selection criteria

Hi All

Is it possible  to use NOT EQUAL to sign for Selecting values for Batch selection criteria.

if yes then how to should be put in characteristic values.

e.g  If  characteristic has predefined selection values like A , B , C , D........ n   then how to select NOT equal to D.
