Hi,
You can map the process as below. This not standard SAP solution. it is like a workaround.
Create production order and release. In-process inspection lot will be created if in process inspection process is used
Complete the confirmation of the operations till original machine gets breakdown.
Now go to the Production order in change mode CO02 in the operations add new operation with different work centre. Now save the Production order.
Once the production is completed confirm the new operation and complete the GR.
Coming to In process inspection lot, use the option Freely-defined intervals so that you can check the product at any time (like after changing the workcenter)
