I checked the note & the issue we are facing is not matching with the symptom mentioned in the note.
We are planning to raise an OSS message.
But I further changed settings to allow confirmation even with error document and system didn't generate any COGI as well. I am not able to understand this behaviour as help file says COGI would be generated.
Any thoughts here?
