No movement type 531 happening automatically for returnable byproduct in newly created plants

Hi SAP Gurus,

We have created a new plant. While processing the process order, when we were taking unplanned goods issue for returnable items, only mvmt type 261 is happening and no movement type 531 happened.  However both 261 and 531 Mvmt type is happening in reference plant (which was used for copying)

Can you please give your valuable inputs for checking the necessary settings and SPRO path to check that.
