(This is a green field Implementation )
Scenario
- Cao Calcium Carbonate , Crush Limestone would be fed to the Burning Kiln , temp maintained till 1200 deg , the Output product would be subjected to Screening , sieves Plates ,
- From the Sieve Mesh , the Product will come out depending upon the different sieve size particles into 3 diffferent columns
- a) Quick Lime 30-to 60 mm (Y1 ton ) Product A
- b) Lump Lime 10 to 30 mm (Y2 ton ) Product B
- c) Lump Lime 0 to 10 mm (Y3 ton ) product C .
My Concern ,
Feed to the Kiln would be (eg X ton say 500 ton ; Output will be Y1 ton in Quick Lime depending upon the Mesh size ; Y2 ton in Lump Lime for Size 10 to 30 mm ; Y3 ton in Lump Lime for Size 0 to 10 mm.
So how to map this scenario
In-put feed Product X ; & While we get 3 Out Put Products A; B ; C
The individual output quantity of Product A ; Product B & Product C ; is not known before hand ,
Since only after screening the Quantity can be measured .
The Total Out Put is known it should be some where 300 Ton (Summation of all products A+B+C)
If any one has worked on it can please share their feedback
I have attached the screen shot for the sives/mesh and how teh Product will be filled in columns (A+B+C)
