Try to manually revoke TECO through CO02 and check if any error message.
You can use transaction BS02 ("Change Status Profile") to set up the status profiles.
for production under IMG--"Production -> Shop Floor Control -> Master Data -> Order -> Define Status Profiles"
Create Status profile: EHS_PRO
Assign Business transactions like TECO
You can use the following IMG activities to check whether a status profile is already used
Production -> Shop Floor Control -> Master Data -> Order -> Define Order Types "OPJH"
