This is my requirement which shows as below. I want to solotion how to silve this requirement.
We need to monitor Room Temperature (RT) Life for selective materials. This is in addition to normal Self Life of the materials. As you may be already aware, all such materials comes with predefined RT Life (example 300 hrs) and this material should be stored in the Cold Room with -18 degree temperature. 300 Hours of RT life means, this batch of material can stay in normal room temperature for a maximum of 300 hours and post this, this particular batch of material will be scrapped.
Normally, these materials are stored in the Cold room and whenever any batch is taken out of the cold room for cutting and other activity, the time duration for which , the material is kept outside the cold room is monitored and this time is reduced from the available RT life. The same process continues till we exhaust the complete quantity (normally roll) in this particular batch or the RT life is completed.
Please provide the solution.
