Thanks for the update.

Please note the details:

1. The BOM usage of component B is 3 --> Universal.

2. For component B, the initial change number is valid from 04.02.2014 and there is another change number to which is valid from 20.10.2015.

And for subcomponent C, the change no. is valid from 01.04.2007.

I replicated the scenario in the lower client and found the same issue persisting.

So is this system behavior normal. Can you please check and confirm.
