Push Production trigerred by Goods Receipt in SAP

Hi Friends

In my Client Setup Zero Stock should be maintained for the raw material.Whenever Raw Material Goods receipt is done in Storage Location(Ex 100 Pieces of Raw Material),then the Goods Receipt should trigger a Planned Order for the next level Semi Finished Product to Consume the 100 Pieces of Raw Material(ie Push Production Order concept to Push the Raw Material out of Stock).

Whether the above scenario can be achieved in Standard SAP.
