We have done following master data set up and automation in the system apart from activating business functions for WIP batch.
•Designing of control recipe(control key) which controls the creation of WIP Batch.
•Recursive production version in Material master.
•Purchase info record with recursive production version.
•Apply SAP note 1251288.
Process Automation
•Post a dummy confirmation which creates a WIP batch and GR for WIP batch using BAPI BAPI_PROCORDCONF_CREATE_TT.
•Assigning of SLED to the created WIP batch.
•Linking of WIP batch to the header batch.
•Posting GR of final batch as “automatic goods receipt” indicator on the control key does not work when WIP batch is created.
