As we don't have the complete information about the issue but still you can check the detailed status of the error.
You can anytime check the error detail for the Idoc in WE02/WE05 with the respective idoc statuses (failed or processed). Once you get the complete detail of the error, either you can share it in this post or if you are able to correct the same than do it.
Than you need to reprocess the idoc to process the required transaction. This part you can do it by transaction BD87.
