We have been experimenting with the settings as you have prescribed and have a new issue that kind of surprised us.
We un-allocated all of the orders, then re-dispatched them one at a time. However, we reached a point at which no more orders could be dispatched with the error being "out of capacity". With the settings you had prescribed I thought that the system would figure out a way to backschedule orders so that we were still within capacity - but that does not appear to be the case. The goal is to have all orders dispatched and yet respect the available capacity. If capacity is not available then the system should automatically adjust or handle for that, presumably within our control.
Please advise what steps you would recommend we take to alleviate this situation.
