Planned Delivery Time in Days in info record and MRP

Hello experts,

Is there any way for MRP to consider the planned delivery time in an info record?

If the quota arrangemetn for a vendor is 100% and MRP creates a purchase requisition assigning that vendor, why the MRP is considering the planned delivery time in material master instead of the planned delivery time indicated in that info record?
