Capacity calculation Problem in Production order

Hello PP Experts,

I have a requirement from client who is working in rubber manufacturing and is producer of conveyor belts.

Currently, They have a machine say Press 1 which they have considered as a single work center (WC1) and this same machine have two plattens.

Each platten have a capacity to produce 100 m of belt in 8 hrs.

Everything is working fine when he is doing production  on single Platen but when he using both Platens at the same time

E.g Machine is producing 200 m of belt on Both platens at that time the calculated time is 16 hrs instead of 8 hrs.

The requirement is that  the time required should be 8 hrs to produce 200 m of belt as both the platens are working simultaneously.

He may pass the same or different production orders through the plattens.

Is there a way we can create a sub work center or we can do something in production order??

Plz help how we can achieve this scenario...!!

Regards,

Amit
