Re: Double time booking of labor hours

Hello R Brahmankar

I have maintained labor hours in routing, which are mapped against an activity type and cost center.

The labor rate is maintained in KP26. I am using lead time scheduling and I cannot eliminate the labor hours from the routing.

I understood what you meant, that we can educate labors only to book hours against the production order operation and eliminate CAT2, however time varies across operations, and overall we have a 40 hour work week, which has to be booked.

My question is for example, a worker A is working on an operation of a production order and booking 8 hours. At the end of the week he again fills time sheet using CAT2, and fills 40 hours.

So the time booked by the labor is actually 2 times, is there any way I can get 8 hours filled in by the labor against production order operation to reflect in CAT2 ?

I need to use both because sometimes, labors cannot book complete hours against the production order operation, and CAT2 is a simpler way of booking time hours for the week.

I have read about some programs, which transfer data from PP to HR, but I have not used it before.

I am a bit confused myself Image may be NSFW.
