Only 261 movements are hard-linked to the production order within the SAP tables.
Even if you do create the stock transport reservations for 311 mvt from MF60 because you NEED to move the material to the production line, these STR will not be directly linked to the produciton order itself. That's why MB25 is not showing the STR if you use the PRODUCTION ORDER number as a filter in the selection screen.
Try to use the other fields ini the selection screen as SOURCE and DESTINATION storage location
