Relation between Planning time fence and MD02

Hi Experts,

I would like to know if Planning time fence has been implemented in the material master and we run the MD02 transaction with ‘Create purchase req.’ = 2, how the system will react?

Will it still create PReq for the requirement within opening period and Planned order for the requirements outside opening period?

Please note that Planning time fence (firm period) is 90 days and Opening period is 10 days.

I'll be grateful if someone please answer this.
